It’s October which means it’s my gluten-free a

It’s October which means it’s my gluten-free anniversary month. And this one’s a big one…10 years gluten-free because of Celiac Disease 🥳⁣
⁣
In 10 years with Celiac I’ve done so much… ⁣
• Lived in a dorm and ate from a meal plan 🏫⁣
• Traveled to 6 different countries with Ireland and Italy being my favs 🇮🇪 🇮🇹⁣
• Got a masters degree with a focus in nutrition and dietetics and became an RD so that I can best support other gluten-free friends ☺️⁣
• And so much more because living gluten-free doesn’t mean you have to give up the things you enjoy (except gluten filled foods) ⁣
